Online notary services for Richmond and Virginia
For clients in Richmond and across Virginia, remote online notarization offers an alternative to an in-person visit when the document, signer, location, and receiving organization’s requirements permit it. Confirm that the intended recipient accepts an electronically notarized document. All online intake, document handling, verification, and signing take place through iNotarize.
Can every document be notarized online?
No. Document and transaction eligibility must be reviewed, and some situations require an in-person signing. If remote notarization is not suitable, request an in-person Mobile Notary appointment.
